This is the one that started it all. I spent well over 2 years developing this sauce. You can use it on just about anything ie; beef, pork, chicken, pizza, eggs, cocktail sauce, with mayonaise, jellies, bloody marys, fresh fruit and much, much more. I believe I have a sauce that will please any palate. |

I got the idea for this from my wife. She is a gourmet chef from Cordon Bleu in Paris. She makes unbelievable sauces for fresh fish and sea foods. So, I just adapted this one from one of her recipes. Use this generously on fresh fish and sea foods. |

There are a lot of chili oils on the market, but none that I know of where the chilies are dry roasted. This makes for a unique ¨smokey¨ flavor. Use this on stir frys, potatos, pasta dishes, salads, thai food, beef and chicken. |
