Darin McDonald has been coming to Cabo since 1975. He likes to plant his own
veggies in his backyard and four years ago he started to prepare another meal from
his garden but felt it needed spicing up, so he decided to concoct his own hot sauce.

To test the market, he conducted blind taste tests using existing products to determine
what people preferred in a hot sauce. He only tested it on humans!

Once he got a sense for what people liked, he started working on his recipe. It took 
about a year and a half from being an idea to hitting the shelves. He still does
everything himself; cooking up the sauce, putting it in the bottles and marketing his
new product around Los Cabos.
